Taking over market share, we are looking for a high calibre recruitment professional to join our growing team and business. The main responsibilities will include:
Sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing applicants through various channels
Manage and develop a portfolio of clients (new and existing)
Generate new business through strategic and targeted business development activities
Nurture candidate relationships and ensure quality service is provided at every interaction
Negotiate commercial terms and ensure a seamless recruitment process for clients
We are looking for applicants that possess the following skills:
Either specific recruitment experience or exposure to sales, accounting/finance, or HR fields.
Demonstrate a growth mindset,

Have the ability to work in a process and target driven environment
Exhibit exceptional client management skills and the capability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
