About the Role
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to aged care residents.
Conduct clinical assessments and monitor residents' health.




Administer medications in accordance with legislative and organisational requirements.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Respond confidently and professionally to clinical changes and emergencies.
Provide compassionate, person‐centred care to residents and their families.
What You'll Need
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
Minimum 6 months' recent experience working within Australian aged care.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Current National Police Check.
Evidence of up‐to‐date vaccinations as required by our clients.
Full Australian working rights.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for aged care.
