In this role, you will lead the day-to-day in office delivery of diverseIndustrial New Builds valued up to and exceeding $20M, driving construction programs, managing sub-contractors, and ensuring top-tier safety and quality outcomes while further elevating your career.
Role Overview
The Site Manager will oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery.
You will manage subcontractors, resources, and safety standards while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise site activities, ensuring project time lines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Ensure health and safety compliance across the site.
Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
Lead and mentor the site team to ensure smooth operations
Experience/Qualifications Required
Current First Aid Certificate required
QBCC Site Supervisor License - required
An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
Proven experience in site management with experience delivering projects up to $20M+
Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar




A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
Strong tenure is a must
