Our products include roof, wall, ceiling and patio systems, plus a wide range of accessories.
With our business continuing to develop and grow, Delta Panels is looking for a Production Manager to join our warehouse team to assist with meeting demand.
This position will be available immediately.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Planning and organising daily production schedules
Overseeing the operation of production and quality procedures
Performing toolbox meeting, safety inspection
Ensuring and maintain production efficiencies
Ensuring all WHS and Environmental policy and procedures and Quality Control standards are effectively communicated, achieved and maintained
Monitoring wastage
Reviewing and working with factory staff ensuring staff are in line with the company requirements
Overseeing all levels of staff activity and performance
Developing processes to increase productivity and enhancing performance
Overseeing staff leave requests, personal information,
induction and discipline
Communicating and planning ahead with Operations Manager about upcoming jobs, projects
Experience required for the position:Leadership skills and experience – supervising others successfully
Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles and processes
An in-depth understanding of insulated panels manufacturing including strong warehouse management skills
Solid knowledge and experience with regard to Health and Safety legislation and compliance
Solid experience in Quality and Compliance
Demonstrate ability in managing a team effectively
Ability to successfully manage production operations, including quality processes
Strong positive communication skills and Relationship management skills
Solid multi-tasking, prioritizing and time management skills
Ability to plan ahead, think creatively and work in a fast-paced environment
A professional attitude, being both punctual and reliable
