The Customer Service Representative will provide the main connection with the customer as well as being responsible for performing proactive internal sales activities.
Candidates should present well,



be good communicators and have a strong commercial understanding.
They should be able to work within a team environment while delivering a strong individual performance.
They will have an eye for detail and the ability to follow established systems and procedures.
Some marketing flair would be an advantage and most importantly, they should be able to sell.
A robust knowledge of computer operations and confidence in digital file handling & digital printing would be an advantage.
We are looking for team members that are able to adapt and be flexible to our client`s requirements.
