This position plays a central role in maintaining the city's financial integrity — from managing the annual audit process to overseeing daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate, transparent financial records.
Key responsibilities Annual audit & fiscal year-endCoordinate and manage the annual audit, including year-end transactions, reconciliations, and schedules.Banking & reconciliationRecord ACH bank transactions and reconcile all bank accounts monthly.Grants & debt trackingTrack all grants, debt, and related expenditures; compile and submit related requisitions.Daily accounting operationsOversee daily accounting functions and ongoing maintenance of the city's financial records.
