BEST Disability Support is seeking an HR & Payroll Officer to join our growing team 2–3 days a week.
You will manage end-to-end HR operations, including fortnightly payroll, SCHADS award compliance, staff compliance and conflict resolution, recruitment, onboarding and inductions, plus ad hoc admin tasks.
This role suits a working parent or semi-retiree seeking life-work balance in a supportive workplace.
Travel between Hillcrest, Greenbank, and Slacks Creek campuses will be required.
