Certificate II or III in Commercial Cookery and/or equivalent qualifications highly regarded; experience in a commercial kitchen, especially in aged care or hospital settings, is valued.
You will prepare, season and cook meals meeting dietary requirements, maintain kitchen hygiene, and store food properly.
