Kick-start your pharmacy career with Calvary Mater Newcastle. As a Pre-Registration Pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable hands‐on experience whilst working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment. You will play a crucial role in the assistance of ensuring the secure and efficient distribution of medications, providing medication counselling as well as gaining hands on clinical experience in a hospital setting.

Selection criteria
Obtain a Bachelor of Pharmacy/Master of Pharmacy (or equivalent) by commencement of employment
Eligible for registration with AHPRA as a Provisional Pharmacist prior to commencing employment
Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member
Demonstrated effective communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
Role details
Temporary Full-Time (12-month contract)
Salary Classification: Pharmacist Grad Unregistered
Remuneration: $***** per hour + superannuation + annual leave loading + salary packaging options + RDO's
Have unlimited working rights in Australia
Successfully complete pre-employment checks including reference checks, work rights, criminal history check and WWCC checks to ensure suitability for the role.
Provide evidence of immunisation as required for the role (this is a Category A role)
