Warehouse Team Lead – Pharmaceutical & Clinical Supply

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will be the heart of Ultrial's physical operations. This role is responsible for the meticulous management of Clinical Trial Materials (CTM) throughout their entire onsite lifecycle. This includes the receipt, storage, and dispatch of shipments, as well as the precision-driven secondary packaging and labelling. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining a compliant, clinical-grade warehouse and pharmaceutical packaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound & Outbound Handling
: Execute the physical receipt of goods, verify documentation, and perform precision pick-and-pack activities for outgoing clinical kits.
Cold Chain Execution
: Conduct the pre-conditioning of passive cooling elements and ensure the correct configuration of domestic cold chain shippers as per protocol.
Packaging & Labelling
: Execute secondary packaging and clinical labelling tasks with high attention to detail, ensuring the integrity of blinded materials.
Inventory Accuracy
: Conduct regular cycle counts and stock inspections to ensure physical inventory perfectly matches our digital records.
GXP Housekeeping
: Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse space and packaging are in accordance with GMP and GDP safety standards.
Essential Experience and Skills:
Experience:
2+ years' experience in warehouse operations,



ideally within the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sectors; prior experience in clinical kitting or pharmaceutical packaging is highly regarded.
Detail Focus:
Exceptional accuracy in data entry and physical counting, and label placement —essential for managing blinded clinical trial materials.
Physical Capability:
Comfortable working in temperature-controlled environments and performing active warehouse and packaging duties (lifting, packing).
Licensing:
A current Australian Forklift Licence (LF) is highly preferred; valid, unrestricted Australian work rights are mandatory.
