Responsibilities
Collaborating with the kitchen team in creating and executing unforgettable menus.
Supporting the Head Chef in day to day operations.
Preparing high volumes of food, to an extremely high standard.
Assisting in monitoring Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.
Preparing dishes in a fast paced workplace.
