As the Warehouse Storeperson Labourer, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Syndeticom's storage warehouse, ensuring inventory is managed efficiently, safely, and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching stock
Verify incoming goods against purchase orders
Generate shipping labels and documentation for courier pickups
Maintain adequate stock of warehouse and business consumables
Inventory Management
Coordinate with inventory planners to support upcoming production runs
Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records




Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes, layout, and efficiency
Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company policies
Promote a safe, secure, and well-organised warehouse environment
Communication & Coordination
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders
Support the Procurement Manager with KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
Experience
Minimum 2+ years in a warehouse, pick-packer, or storeperson role
Experience across the full warehousing lifecycle: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch
Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
Forklift Licence - preferred
Qualifications (Desirable)
Certificate III in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and adaptable
Customer-focused with a strong sense of integrity
Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and standing for extended periods
Motivated to learn and improve processes
