Business Insurance Graduate Program ****
18 months| 3 different teams | 6-month rotations
Our award-winning graduate program has been running for many years and is ranked among Australia's top ten small-sized programs on the AAGE Top Graduate Employers list.
Graduates are hired as permanent employees and spend their first18 monthson the graduate program, experiencing three different teams across our business, known as 'rotations'. In addition to completing three rotations, graduates progress through a structured learning and development plan, have access to senior leaders, and spend time with their graduate cohort forming meaningful and long-lasting connections.

As aBusiness(SME)Graduate,you'llwork directly with the teams that support small and medium-sized businesses.
You willbuild commercial capability, develop strong customer and relationship skills, and gain exposure across underwriting, business development and operations–givingyou a foundation for a career in business.
Across your rotations,you'llgain hands‐on experience in how we support customers, make commercialdecisionsand grow a business. You will get involved in projects focused on digital innovation, processimprovementand strategy,helping us continuously evolve how we support our customers.

Experiencing our business from three different perspectives across your graduate rotations
Formal classroom-style training with practical application
Digital learning pathways designed for the graduate cohort and tailored to your program stream

Our graduate programcommencesonce a year each February. To be eligible for the underwriting business area of the **** graduate program, you must:
Have completed and passed tertiary education in the two years prior to the graduate program start date, graduating between the end of **** and the end of ****

Be able to start full time in February ****
