An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join one of Australia's most high-performing and respected real estate offices, located in the heart of Double Bay.
This role is ideal for a polished, organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment and enjoys supporting top-tier agents operating in a premium market.
About the Role
Working closely with the Sales Team and alongside a dedicated Marketing Coordinator you will play a key role in ensuring sales campaigns run seamlessly from appraisal through to exchange. Key responsibilities include:
Providing high-level administrative support to the Sales Team
Preparing appraisal packs, proposals, quotes, and sales calendars
Creating OFI packs & Auction preparation
Assisting with exchanges and preparation/printing of sales documentation
Delivering a consistently high level of internal service with strong attention to detail and deadline management
Building positive, productive relationships across the wider team
You will be well supported by dedicated reception, accounts, and office management,



allowing you to focus on excelling in your role.

About You
You will bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach, along with:
1–2+ years' experience in a similar real estate sales support or coordination role
Exceptional attention to detail and robust organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
Real Estate Certificate or Licence preferred
A professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
