General Crane Services (WA) Pty Ltd is a privately owned business with a head depot in Cockburn Central.
Your primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Produce accurate and refined invoices
Ability to process a
high volume
of daily invoices
Accurately reconciling subcontractor charges for recharge
Communicating with clients for purchase orders
Maintain a disciplined tracking system for job statuses
Receipting all fees and charges
Communication with operational team for queries and gaps
Ideally candidates should have:




Minimum 2 years experience as an invoicing clerk
Proven operational / project exposure (understanding hire dockets and associated complexities)
Proven history in output of high volume
Prior experience in crane / heavy industry would be an advantage
