We're looking for a qualified Electrical Tradesperson to join our production team at Hope Valley, working on modular electrical installations bound for major projects across the country.
The Prospect
Based primarily at our Hope Valley factory, you'll carry out electrical installations on modular and transportable builds — wiring, switchboards, lighting, power and control systems — to a high standard of workmanship, working from drawings and specifications alongside an experienced production team.
This role is offered on a casual basis, with genuine long-term opportunities for the right candidate as our business continues to grow. Site work is rare — on the occasions it's required, flights, accommodation, transport and meals are covered.
You'll work collaboratively within a production team, mentor apprentices where required, and take pride in getting the installation right the first time.
Your Responsibilities
• Install wiring, switchboards, lighting, power and control systems on modular electrical builds
• Interpret drawings and specifications to carry out accurate installations




• Conduct testing and commissioning of completed work
• Maintain compliance with AS**** and other relevant standards
• Identify and report non-conformances
• Mentor apprentices and support their development on the job
• Maintain your tools and equipment to a safe, workable standard
• Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet production schedules
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings a genuine commitment to safety and quality workmanship, takes initiative on the job, and is willing to mentor apprentices as part of the team. Recently qualified or well-established, we'd like to talk.
Essential
• Current WA Electrical Worker Licence
• General Construction Induction (White Card)
• Current open driver's licence, with your own reliable transport to Hope Valley
• Current LVR (Low Voltage Rescue) and CPR
• Your own hand tools
• A strong eye for quality workmanship and safe work practices
Desirable
• Working at Heights (RIIWHS204E)
• Scissor Lift ticket (Yellow Card)
• Experience in modular, transportable or factory-based electrical installation
• Experience mentoring or supervising apprentices
