to join our Newstead team located at our Head Office.

If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and enjoy helping people celebrate life's special moments, we'll provide the training to help you succeed. What You'll Be Doing
As part of our team, you'll play an important role in helping customers celebrate life's biggest milestones while delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
You'll be responsible for:
Building genuine relationships with customers
Delivering outstanding customer service through our renowned selling process
Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to team success
Sharing your knowledge of our jewellery, watches and services
Maintaining beautiful visual merchandising and store presentation
Supporting daily store operations and security procedures




Working collaboratively with your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience every day
About You
You're someone who enjoys connecting with people and thrives in a customer-focused environment.
Ideally you'll have:
Previous retail, customer service or sales experience
Confidence working towards individual sales targets
High personal presentation standards
Solid attention to detail
A willingness to learn and develop new skills
Jewellery and watch experience is a bonus but not essential. If you have the right attitude, we'll provide the training.
