We're seeking a Graduate or Early-Career Structural Engineer to join our Brisbane team and build expertise in forensic engineering and structural diagnostics.

What you'll be doing
Conduct site inspections to assess structural damage and defects
Investigate causes of cracking, movement, and building failure
Assist in structural analysis and engineering assessments
Prepare clear, professional technical reports
Contribute to design of remediation and strengthening solutions
Liaise with clients, insurers, and industry stakeholders
About you
Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (completed or near completion)
Strong interest in forensic engineering or building diagnostics
Curious, analytical, and detail-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to spend time on-site as well as in the office
Highly regarded:
Exposure to residential construction or site experience
Understanding of Australian standards and building systems
