The Opportunity
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team, driving store performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience within a fast-paced retail environment.
This role is for a motivated retail leader who is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and driving store performance.
Leading, coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential
Supporting sales growth through strong leadership and commercial decision-making
Managing day-to-day store operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation
Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a strong customer-first culture
Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing strategies to improve results.
About You
Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, Team Leader, 2IC or similar retail leadership position:
A passion for coaching and developing team members
Strong communication and leadership skills
A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding service
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Strong organisational and operational capability.
