The role




We need someone who's comfortable working through all stages of design and documentation. This role is built around strong technical delivery and mentoring.
In the role, you will:
Work hands-on with our Construction Team through documentation and delivery, including site visits
Produce detailed Archicad documentation, including interiors, joinery, lighting, and electrical
Co-ordinate and liaise directly with consultants, suppliers and subcontractors
Specify and schedule finishes, fittings, and fixtures against real client budgets
Support and mentor junior architectural staff
To apply, you will need:
Minimum 3 years experience in construction documentation in Archicad (this isn't optional, as our entire documentation workflow runs on it)
Demonstrated experience documenting residential projects
Solid knowledge of the NCC/BCA and relevant Australian Standards
Demonstrated experience mentoring or supervising junior staff
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Balmain.
