Experienced construction supervisors wanted — civil and concrete structures, Sydney.
Bedrock Workforce is looking for proven site supervisors and leading hands to run production crews on civil and concrete structures work across Sydney.
You don't need a specialist background. What matters is that you can safely lead a crew, plan the day's work, and deliver to a tier-one standard. The technical side can be taught. Leadership and accountability can't.
What you'll be doing
Leading and supervising production crews on site
Planning daily works and managing production
Coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors
Reading and working from drawings and specifications
Dealing with clients, engineers and site management
Driving safety and quality outcomes
What you need
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to plan daily works and manage production




Genuine commitment to safety and quality
Ability to read drawings and specifications
Valuable organisational and reporting skills
Calm under pressure, sound decision-maker on site
White Card (essential)
Handy but not essential
Shotcrete, sprayed concrete or specialist concrete background — a major advantage
Civil, infrastructure or tier-one project experience
First Aid, Working at Heights, Confined Space
