ABOUT THE ROLE - Why we need an Abrasive Blaster & Painter
As we continue to grow, we are actively investing in our people, systems & processes. We are committed to being progressive & delivering innovative product solutions.
Due to our strong reputation we have a high work load. We are looking for an experienced blaster and painter for long term work.
We have a wide variety of projects. No job is repetitive.
All work takes place at T.W. Woods site at Tomago.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining high standards of quality Industrial Painting work with timely job completion (as per position description)
Upholding daily safety requirements and actively contributing to toolbox talks
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives for people,
systems and processes relevant to the Abrasive Blasting & Industrial Painting team
Positively contributing to the wider T.W. Woods team
Being engaged and letting leaders know how to help you be your best

Skills and experience in the following areas will be highly regarded:
Several years of real-life experience in manufacturing as an Abrasive Blaster & Industrial Painter.
Additional Qualifications will be beneficial but not required:
Certificate III inAutomotive or Surface Preparation& Coating Application
C6 Crane
Advanced Rigger
