Investor Relations Associate - Private Equity
JS Careers is pleased to be exclusively engaged to recruit an Investor RelationsAssociate for a highly regarded private equity firm based in Sydney.
The firm has rapidly established itself as a leading private equity platform acrossAustralia and New Zealand, with a strong reputation for high‐conviction investing andcomplex transaction execution. Since inception, the firm has raised funds from a globalinstitutional investor base and continues to experience strong fundraising momentum.
The Investor Relations Associate role sits within the firm's growing and well‐respectedInvestor Relations function and represents a unique opportunity to support anupcoming global fundraising cycle, while also contributing to ongoing investorengagement activities. The role is part of a collaborative IR team working closely withsenior leadership and the broader investment platform.
The firm is one of the most active private equity investors in the region, with a strongtrack record of executing large‐scale acquisitions, strategic minority investments, andhigh‐profile exits. Its investment activity spans sectors including healthcare, consumer,technology and industrials sectors, with transactions often involving variouscomplexities and public‐market dynamics.



The frim is recognised for its hands‐onownership style and operational focus.
This position offers exposure across all investor‐facing activities, including capitalraising, LP engagement and international roadshows, during an active period offundraising and portfolio realisations.
Role Responsibilities
Investor reporting (preparation of quarterly reports, annual meeting materials, LPACmaterials and more)
Fundraising support (prepare/update marketing materials, respond to LP requests andmore)
Roadshow planning and coordination (identify targets, plan itinerary / meetings andmore)Limited Partner engagement/meetings
CRM & data management
IR communications
To be considered for this opportunity, suitable candidates will typically demonstrate
1-3 years of total experience gained in investor relations, investment banking,management consulting or a leading law firm
Strong project management and coordination skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and comfort operating in a quick‐paced environment
A genuine interest in private markets and alternative investments
