As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Trades Assistant to join our South Windsor manufacturing team.

About the Role
This is a hands-on manufacturing and production support role assisting with the assembly and preparation of high-security products including:
Working within our production team, you'll assist across a variety of manufacturing and warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the assembly and preparation of steel components and security products
Support tradespeople and production staff with day-to-day manufacturing tasks
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Assist with machine operation and material handling
Load, unload, move, and prepare materials for productionMaintain a safe, clean, and organised workspace
Assist with general factory and warehouse duties as required




Follow workplace safety procedures and company standards
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, factory, or trades assistant role preferred
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and safety focused
Good attention to detail
Ability to work well within a team environment
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Forklift Licence
Experience using hand and power tools
Experience in steel, manufacturing, or construction environments

Remuneration
Hourly rate negotiable and dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications.
