Reception / Patient Coordinator - Mascot & Eastgardens
The Role
You will initially train within our established Mascot practice before being based primarily at our Eastgardens/Pagewood location as the practice continues to grow.
You may also be required to work across both locations as rostered.
You will:
Confidently manage phone, email and in-person enquiries
Guide patients from first enquiry through to treatment commencement
Clearly present fees and high-value treatment plans
Proactively progress patients into next stages of care
Follow up incomplete treatment plans with structured re-engagement
Handle concerns professionally and confidently while upholding clinic systems
Maintain accurate documentation and ownership of outcomes
You are responsible for patient progression, not just bookings.
