Light and Design Group - LAD are market leaders in the supply of leading lighting brands in the commercial lighting industry. LAD have represented the best Australian and international manufacturers in Queensland for over 25 years.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with an electrical background and solid administrative skills to fulfill a permanent role in the Warehouse at our East Brisbane location.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the loading & unloading of all incoming and outgoing goods
Quality assurance and accuracy of receipting and dispatching goods
Work with the sales and project co-ordination team to deliver projects within timeframe requirements.
Liaising with freight companies, wholesalers and suppliers.
Procurement of all Store suppliers required.
Perform Test and Tag function for light fittings/samples.
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised store/warehouse environment
Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures.




About you
Intermediate computer literacy (Ms Office)
Ability to undertake manual handling and knowledge Workplace Safety.
Able to use logic to problem solve.
Able to show initiative and work unsupervised.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring an advantage.
Previous warehousing experience preferred.
Ability to operate a Manual pedestrian forklift.
