We're looking for someone who:
Has a solid history working in Australian dental practices.
Is genuinely familiar with the
Australian Dental Association Infection Prevention & Control Guidelines
and understands why they're key—not just how to tick a checklist.
Takes pride in immaculate instrument processing, organisation and clinical safety.
Loves delivering outstanding chairside support that helps patients feel calm, informed and genuinely cared for.
Enjoys working with dentists who appreciate a proactive assistant rather than someone who waits to be told what to do.
Bonus points if you've assisted with:
Implant surgery
Surgical extractions
Crown and bridge procedures
IV Sedation
Don't have experience in every area? That's okay. We can teach clinical skills.
Passion, attitude and a commitment to doing things properly are much harder to teach.

Chairside assisting across a wide variety of procedures
Instrument reprocessing to the highest standards
Maintaining exceptional infection control and surgery presentation
Supporting our clinicians to provide outstanding patient care
Helping create a calm, organised and professional environment every day
