About Our Client
Our client operates within the Bowen Basin and is committed to delivering safe and efficient mining operations. Sonoma Mine is a well-established site offering structured systems and long-term opportunities for experienced operators.
What You Will Be Doing
Operating mining equipment in a production setting
Roles available across haul trucks and ancillary equipment
Operating excavators for production loading tasks
Conducting pre-start checks and maintaining equipment standards
Working safely to meet site and production requirements
What You Will Need
Minimum 2 years' experience on a coal mine site
Minimum haul truck experience on CAT 777
Experience in one of the below skill sets:
Single Skilled Operators
Multi-Skilled Operators (Truck + 2 skills)
Excavator Operators
Current Standard 11
Current Coal Board Medical
Ability to pass a police check
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening




Current driver's licence and full Australian working rights
