Capability HR is assisting a progressive national law firm seeking a Risk & Safety Manager to lead the next phase of its People Risk, WHS and Compliance evolution. You will embed, optimise and elevate established frameworks, systems and governance cycles across the firm.
Reporting to the Head of People Risk & Compliance, you will lead national WHS strategy, systems implementation and people risk management in a hands-on leadership role with influence across senior stakeholders and partners.
