This is a full-time, office-based role supporting customers, the sales team and daily branch operations.
Key responsibilities
Assist with customer enquiries, quotations and orders
Provide administrative support to the sales team
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Maintain customer records and sales documents
Coordinate with other branches and internal departments
Assist with general branch administration
What we're looking for
Minimum
5 years' experience
in administration, sales support or a similar role
Experience in the
farm machinery or earthmoving equipment industry is highly regarded
Solid customer service and communication skills




Good organisation and attention to detail
Confident using computers and Microsoft Office
Reliable, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
