We're looking for an apprentice who wants more, someone who wants to learn both sides of the trade and how to be not just average at what you do. We need someone who's keen to learn, grow, and become a top tradesperson in the industry.
About the Role
You'll work alongside experienced technicians across a variety of commercial environments including cold rooms, freezer rooms, and advanced HVAC systems. From day one, you'll be exposed to real hands‐on work and supported to build your technical skills quickly. Opportunity to branch onto your own jobs.
Plenty of overtime if you want it!!
Key Responsibilities
Assist with installation, servicing and maintenance of commercial systems




Work on large-scale refrigeration and HVAC equipment (not just domestic split systems)
Learn fault finding and diagnostics with guidance from Experienced techs
Learn old fashion techniques now lost by bulk split installing.
Like cutting, measuring, welding, making things, and solutions.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness
Follow safety procedures and contribute to a professional team environment
Skills & Experience
1st–4th year apprentice or looking to start
Strong work ethic and genuine interest in the trade
Honest attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver's licence (or working towards it)
White Card (or willing to obtain)
