The Opportunity
We are currently seeking caring, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in Kellyville, NSW.
This role involves providing person-centred support to participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and within the community, helping them build independence, achieve their goals,



and live fulfilling lives.
Available Shifts
We have a range of shifts available, including:
Morning shifts
Afternoon shifts
Evening shifts
Active Night shifts
Inactive Sleepover shifts (sleepover allowance applies)
Monday to Sunday availability
Weekend and Public Holiday shifts
Flexible shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours
Additional shifts may also be available to cover staff leave and increased participant support needs.
Key Responsibilities
Providing personal care and hygiene support
Assisting with daily living activities
Household cleaning and domestic assistance
Meal planning and preparationMedication assistance (where qualified)
Supporting participants with community access and social activities
Transporting participants using your own reliable vehicle (travel reimbursed)
Maintaining accurate case notes and documentation
Building positive relationships with participants, families, and allied health professionals
Promoting participant choice, independence, and inclusion
Essential Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current National Police Check
Current NSW Driver Licence
Own reliable vehicle
Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance
Australian working rights
Current COVID-19 vaccinations (where required by participant or current health directives)
Desirable
Working With Children Check
Minimum 12 months' experience in disability support, aged care, or community services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and genuine passion for supporting people with disability
