We're partnering with a fast-growing legal technology business to find an experienced Instructional Designer who can improve how its Sales and Customer Success teams are onboarded, trained and enabled.

/n

Sitting within the Revenue Enablement team, this role will design practical, engaging learning experiences that help new employees build product knowledge, strengthen their selling skills and become productive faster.

/n

This is an excellent opportunity for an Instructional Designer who enjoys working in a commercial environment and wants to connect learning programs directly to employee performance.

The Role

/n

Instructional Designer - Sales Enablement

/n

You'll take ownership of onboarding curricula and ongoing enablement programs for Sales and Customer Success teams.

/n

Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Product Marketing, you'll translate complex product information and evolving go-to-market requirements into clear, engaging and actionable learning content.

/n

Your responsibilities will include:

- Designing and continuously improving onboarding curricula to reduce ramp times

/n

- Creating training covering product knowledge, sales processes, customer conversations and objection handling

/n

- Developing e-learning modules, workshops, playbooks, job aids, videos and facilitation guides

/n

- Delivering engaging live and virtual learning sessions

/n

- Managing and maintaining enablement content through Seismic and the company's LMS

/n

- Ensuring training materials remain accurate, accessible and aligned with product updates

/n

- Working with subject‐matter experts across Sales, Customer Success, Product and Marketing

/n

- Using engagement data, learner feedback and performance insights to measure effectiveness

/n

- Managing multiple learning and enablement initiatives across changing business priorities

/n/n

About You

/n





You'll be an experienced Instructional Designer or Learning Designer who understands how to turn complex information into practical learning experiences.

/n

Sales or revenue‐enablement experience would be highly regarded, but candidates from broader SaaS, technology or commercial learning environments are also encouraged to apply.

/n

You will ideally bring:

/n

/n

- Proven instructional‐design or learning‐design experience

/n

- Experience designing onboarding programs and structured learning curricula

/n

- Exposure to sales, revenue or customer success enablement

/n

- The ability to develop content across e‐learning, workshops, playbooks and job aids

/n

- Strong visual design skills and an eye for creating clear, engaging materials

/n

- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and subject‐matter experts

/n

- Strong project organisation and the ability to manage multiple initiatives

/n

- A practical, learner‐focused approach to training design

/n

- Experience using an LMS or sales‐enablement content platform

/n

- Exposure to tools such as Seismic, Gong, Genially or similar platforms

/n

- An interest in using feedback and data to improve learning outcomes

/n/n

Previous legal‐sector experience is not required. The ability to understand a complex software product and translate it into simple, useful learning content is more important.
