$170,000–$175,000 + Super + Salary Packaging

Well-established leadership structure: /n Facility Manager → Care Manager → Registered Nurses → Care Team

About You

/n

We're looking to speak with experienced Facility Managers who have:

/n

- A minimum of 2 years' experience leading a residential aged care home.

/n

- A proven track record of achieving strong clinical, operational and financial outcomes.

/n

- The ability to inspire, mentor and develop high-performing teams.

/n

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

/n

- A passion for delivering exceptional resident care and fostering a positive workplace culture.
