A full time position based physically in Townsville and reporting directly to the NQ SPARK Executive General Manager, the Business Services Manager will play a central role in supporting the day-to-day operations and growth of NQ SPARK.

Working closely with customers, industry, government and research partners, you'll help deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting business development and organisational growth.

The successful applicant will:

- Coordinate customer enquiries and facility bookings.
/n
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
/n
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and events.
/n
- Manage CRM and business systems.
/n
- Provide executive and governance support.
/n/n
NQ SPARK is a nationally significant initiative designed to position Townsville and Australia as leaders in simulation-based training, research and innovation. NQ SPARK is developing a world-class immersive simulation precinct,
including the Advanced Simulation Facility (ASF), which includes high-performance computing infrastructure housed at James Cook University's Bebegu Yumba Campus, Townsville.
