About The Role
/n
You will be responsible for:
/n
/n
- Leading the planning and delivery of large‐scale earthworks packages
/n
- Managing project programs, budgets, resources, and subcontractors
/n
- Driving productivity, commercial performance and project outcomes
/n
- Managing project risks, variations, claims, and contractual obligations
/n
- Building solid relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
/n
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements
/n
- Leading and mentoring Project Engineers, Site Engineers and Supervisors
/n
- Delivering projects safely, on schedule and within budget
/n/n
About You
/n
/n
- Proven experience delivering major civil infrastructure projects valued at $10M+
/n
- Extensive experience managing bulk earthworks and large‐scale civil construction
/n
- Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teams
/n
- Excellent commercial acumen with experience managing contracts and project controls
/n
- Strong understanding of safety, environmental and quality management systems
/n
- Civil Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience
/n
- Excellent communication, planning and stakeholder management skills
/n/n
