Job Description
Personal Assistant / Companion Central London (Temporary Contract)

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and engaging Personal Assistant/Companion to support a male client based in Central London for approximately 67 weeks while undergoing specialist medical treatment. The client will receive care at the Cleveland Clinic London and has a combination of orthopaedic, ENT (ear, nose and throat), maxillofacial and cognitive injuries.
This non-clinical companionship role is designed to provide practical support, social interaction and assistance with leisure activities. We are looking for candidates with a full UK driving licence.

Shift Details
/n

- Temporary position for approximately 67 weeks with the potential to extend 23 days per week, with the possibility of additional ad hoc days. Based in Central London.

Key Responsibilities
/n

- Provide friendly, professional companionship and emotional support.
/n
- Accompany the client to hospital appointments when appropriate.
/n
- Support the client on leisure outings, including museums.
/n
- Engage in shared interests such as gaming, conversation and other enjoyable activities.
/n
- Encourage independence, confidence and social engagement.
/n
- Help create a safe, positive and enjoyable environment throughout the client's stay in London.
/n/n

- Must have a UK driving licence.

Previous experience supporting individuals with cognitive or physical disabilities, rehabilitation, healthcare, support work or personal assistance is desirable but not essential.
