The Role
/n
This is a 3 month fixed term contract where you will provide strategic and operational leadership in financial management. This role will be a key member of the leadership team, driving growth and operational excellence through financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance.
/n
Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Develop and implement the regional financial strategy in alignment with global objectives
/n
- Lead the annual budgeting process and long‐term financial planning
/n
- Oversee the accounting, payroll, tax, and treasury functions across Australia, Current Zealand, and Singapore
/n
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax laws and financial regulations
/n/n
Qualifications & Experience
/n
/n
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA/ACA preferred)
/n
- 5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
/n
- Strong understanding of international accounting standards and regulatory environments
/n
- Proven track record in financial strategy, planning, and execution within a multinational organisation
/n
- Exceptional analytical, problem‐solving, and communication skills
