Celltrion Healthcare Australia is looking for a Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager who will be responsible for improving the effectiveness, productivity, and operational performance of the commercial field force.

The role will provide data-driven insights, performance reporting, sales planning, customer segmentation and targeting, incentive management, and CRM support. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other relevant stakeholders, the SFE Manager is also expected to develop tools and processes that support informed decision-making and achievement of the company’s commercial objectives.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Force Effectiveness and Optimisation

- Develop SFE strategies and translate commercial priorities into measurable objectives, KPIs, and operational plans.
- Monitor field-force productivity, including customer coverage, reach, call frequency, engagement, and execution.
- Support customer segmentation, targeting, territory alignment, and resource allocation.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend actions to improve sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Sales Performance and Business Intelligence

- Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance-monitoring tools.
- Analyse performance against targets, forecasts, budgets, and prior-period results.
- Provide insights into market trends, customer behaviour, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure commercial data is accurate, consistent, and available in a timely manner.
- Improve and automate recurring reporting processes where appropriate.

CRM and Customer Data Management





- Support the effective use and continuous improvement of CRM and related commercial systems.
- Maintain accurate customer, account, territory, and field-activity data.
- Coordinate customer profiling, segmentation, targeting, and prioritisation.
- Promote compliance with agreed data-entry, reporting, and data-quality standards.

Incentives, Forecasting and Business Planning

- Support the design, administration, calculation, and review of sales incentive plans in collaboration with Sales, HR, and Finance.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasting and business-planning tools.
- Coordinate forecast updates and support budgeting and periodic planning exercises.
- Identify and communicate key assumptions, risks, and opportunities affecting business performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Projects

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Medical, IT, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Lead or support SFE, CRM, reporting, and commercial excellence initiatives.
- Provide guidance and training on performance-management tools, systems, and processes.
- Promote continuous improvement and ensure compliance with relevant policies, laws, industry requirements, and data-privacy standards.





QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of relevant experience in sales force effectiveness, commercial excellence, sales operations, business intelligence, or commercial analytics.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical-device, or healthcare industry is preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems, customer databases, reporting platforms, and commercial data-management processes.
- Demonstrated experience in sales analysis, customer segmentation and targeting, territory planning, forecasting, and incentive-plan management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data-visualisation and business-intelligence tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Australian pharmaceutical or healthcare market is advantageous.
