Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations across our Australia Square, Five Dock and Martin Place outlets. You will coach and develop the team while controlling the restaurant's P&L; and upholding our brand standards.
In this role you will be hands-on on the line when needed, ensure top-quality food delivered quickly, and drive customer satisfaction through strong leadership and productive rostering, inventory, and budget reviews.
