Your new role

/n

/n

- Managing projects from planning through to completion

/n

- Coordinating subcontractors and site trades

/n

- Overseeing site activities and carrying out site supervision responsibilities

/n

- Managing project programmes, budgets and client communication

/n

- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

/n

- Building robust relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors

/n

- Managing several concurrent projects across different phases of delivery

/n/n





What you'll need to succeed

/n

- Project management experience within the construction industry

/n

- Experience delivering projects in a live construction environment

/n

- Strong trade and subcontractor management skills

/n

- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

/n

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

/n

- A practical and solutions-focused approach to project delivery

/n

- A willingness to be involved in site-based activities when required
