About the role

/n

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant , you will play a key role in attracting exceptional Allied Health professionals who are passionate about making a difference. Partnering closely with hiring managers, you'll provide strategic recruitment support while building talent pipelines to meet current and future workforce needs.

/n

Using your expertise in sourcing and relationship building, you'll proactively engage top talent, deliver an exceptional candidate experience and help strengthen CPA's employer brand.

/n

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):

/n

/n

- Manage end to end recruitment for Allied Health roles, from advertising and sourcing through to offer and onboarding.

/n

- Proactively source and headhunt talent using Linked In Recruiter, Seek, referrals, networking and talent mapping.

/n

- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

/n

- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment advice and market insights.

/n

- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while building long term relationships with candidates.

/n

- Maintain accurate recruitment data in Workday and identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes.

/n/n

About you:

/n

/n

- Experience recruiting Allied Health or healthcare professionals preferred

/n

- Strong sourcing, talent mapping and headhunting skills.

/n

- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

/n

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

/n





- Able to manage multiple recruitment campaigns in a rapid paced environment.

/n

- Experience using Workday or a similar HRIS/ATS.

/n
