- Daily billings regularly exceed $2,200+

- Inherit an entire patient base, replace a full time GP

/n About the Role:/n

/n

- 10-15-minute appointment slots, booked out days in advance

/n

- Flexible hours – part-time or full-time available, with early or late starts

/n

- High demand for procedural work – 2–3 skin procedures per day

/n

- Diverse presentations including CDM, Iron Infusions, Skin Cancer, Paediatrics

/n About the Clinic:/n

/n

- Established for 11 years and owned by two respected GPs

/n

- Team of 4 FTE GPs with strong collaboration

/n

- 2 experienced RNs providing full support with health assessments and care plans

/n

- On-site pathology, psychologist, pharmacy, and allied health

/n

- Central location with high visibility and foot traffic, surrounded by cafes, bakeries,



and local shops

/n

- Free, on-site parking for doctors and patients
