An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced Structures Foreman to join a Tier 2 Developer Builder delivering a 30 level high-rise (85 apartments) in the heart of Broadbeach. They have been building in QLD and VIC for over 20 years.
/n
The project is already underway the basement has been dug and the structures role will start just before the first Raft Slab is poured. It be delivered by an experienced and well-resourced team with strong systems, planning, and support in place.
/n
This is a Non-Union site but using EBA trades. The site benefits from quality subcontractors, and a team-oriented culture focused on safety, quality, and program delivery.

The Opportunity
/n
You will be responsible for overseeing the structural delivery of the project and ensuring key milestones are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
/n
Your responsibilities will include:
/n
Managing all day-to-day structural construction activities
/n
Coordinating subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials
/n
Driving short-term construction programs and production targets
/n
Managing reinforced concrete structures including jumpform systems, formwork, reinforcement, post-tensioning and associated trades
/n
Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
/n
Working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and engineering team
/n
Monitoring progress and proactively resolving site issues
/n
Ensuring structural works are delivered in accordance with design, specifications, and project requirements
/n
About You
/n
You will be a proven Structures Foreman with experience delivering high-rise developments above 12 levels.
/n
You will possess:
/n
Experience managing jumpform construction methodologies
/n
Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
/n
Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and structural methodologies
/n
Commitment to safety, quality, and project outcomes
/n
The ability to build strong relationships across site teams and stakeholders
/n
