Job Description

NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a 12-month parental leave backfill, based at the Coolangatta Support Office. You will manage a portfolio of holiday parks across the NSW South Coast, with regular travel to sites to support on-ground teams.

You will lead and develop leaders, drive revenue and operational performance, and translate insights into action to deliver exceptional guest experiences across multiple properties.
