Civil Operators – Darwin Projects (Local Candidates Only)

Protech Darwin is currently seeking experienced Civil Operators for immediate starts across multiple major projects throughout the Darwin region. We are working with some of the Territory's leading Civil Contractors and have opportunities available for experienced:
/n
/n
- Excavator Operators (GPS)
/n
- Loader Operators
/n
- Roller Operators
/n
- Dozer Operators
/n
- Grader Operators
/n
- Water Cart Operators
/n
- Moxy Operators
/n
- HC-MC Truck Drivers
/n/n
These positions offer ongoing work, strong hourly rates, and the opportunity to be part of some of Darwin's largest civil construction projects.
/n
What's On Offer
/n
/n
- Local and FIFO opperunities
/n
- $40-55ph + penalties
/n
- Meal allowance: $19 per day
/n
- Travel allowance: $22 per day
/n
- 50-56 hour weeks available locally – 2/1 or 3/1 FIFO
/n
- Long term work with reputable Civil Contractors
/n/n
Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently on Civil Construction projects
/n
- Bulk and detailed earthworks
/n
- Road construction and subdivision works
/n
- Pre start inspections and basic machine maintenance
/n
- Working closely with Supervisors and Civil Crews
/n
- Maintaining site safety and project standards
/n/n
To Be Successful You Will Have
/n
/n
- Proven experience operating plant on civil construction projects (minimum 2yrs experience)
/n
- Relevant plant tickets
/n
- Current White Card
/n
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable transport
/n
- Strong commitment to safety
/n
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screen
/n
- Ability to obtain a Police Check is required
/n/n
