The Opportunity

As an Underwriting Assistant, you'll support a team of experienced Underwriters while learning the technical skills required to progress your career.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the underwriting team with policy administration
- Processing quotes, renewals and endorsements
- Responding to broker enquiries and requests
- Maintaining accurate client and policy information
- Learning underwriting processes, products and systems
- Building relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders
- Contributing to a collaborative team environment

From day one, you'll receive hands-on training and mentoring from experienced Underwriters who will help develop your technical knowledge and industry expertise.

About You

We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including:

- Insurance,



claims or broking experience
- Customer service, administration or operations roles
- Recent graduates
- Individuals with a rural or agricultural background
- Candidates looking to transition into a long-term insurance career
