S26 Mechanical Supervisor | FIFO 8/6 | $90/hr + Super | Rio Tinto Project

Lead Structural Welding Works on a Major WA Resources Project

/n

We're seeking experienced S26 Mechanical Supervisors to join a leading contractor delivering a significant structural construction project on a Rio Tinto operation in the Pilbara.

/n

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term FIFO work through to February 2027, supervising structural welding activities associated with the construction of a large balance machine.

/n

What's on Offer

/n

- FIFO 8 days on / 6 days off roster

/n

- 12.5-hour days

/n

- $90.00 per hour + Super paid on all hours worked

/n

- Flights provided (travel time not paid)

/n

- Long-term project running through to February 2027

/n

- Join an established contractor on a major resources project

/n

The Role

/n





You'll be responsible for supervising mechanical and structural crews undertaking heavy structural welding and installation works, ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while maintaining strong client relationships on site.

/n

About You

/n

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

/n

- Section 26 Mechanical Supervisor qualification

/n

- Previous experience supervising structural steel or heavy mechanical construction works

/n

- Strong background in structural welding projects

/n

- Current Rio Tinto inductions highly regarded

/n

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

/n

- Strong commitment to safety and quality

/n

- Ability to lead crews in a fast-paced construction workplace

/n
