HPG Estate Agents – Airport West is seeking a high-performing, experienced Residential Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Airport West, Victoria.

We are specifically seeking experienced agents who can demonstrate consistent sales results, strong listing and negotiation skills, and an established network of clients. Preference will be given to candidates who have an active database, qualified buyer relationships, and their own sales support team or representatives ready to commence immediately.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect, generate, and convert new listings through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and business development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and the local community.
- Conduct listing presentations, market appraisals, and property valuations.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for residential properties.
- Conduct open homes, private inspections, and buyer appointments.
- Negotiate contracts and achieve outstanding outcomes for vendors and purchasers.
- Manage the sales process from appraisal through to settlement with exceptional attention to detail.
- Maintain and grow a high-quality client database to generate repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with the HPG team to achieve individual and office sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with all Victorian real estate legislation and company policies.

- A current Victorian Estate Agent Licence or Certificate of Registration.

- Solid listing presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
