About therole:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join our high-performing Finance team. This is a hands-on role ideally suited to a finance professional who thrives on delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls, and providing valuable insights to support business decision-making.

We are looking for someone who can quickly integrate into a cooperative team environment and make an immediate impact.

Some of the key things you'll do:

- Prepare and present detailed financial information, reports and annual financial statements for key stakeholders.




- Ensure financial practices are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Undertake strategic analysis and help identify financial trends for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Provide financial expertise and support to key projects where applicable.
- Coach team members on best practice and maintain high standards across the team.
- Oversee general ledger accuracy and integrity.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of finance processes through systems.

What we're looking for:

- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or similar.
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards.
- Experience with ERP systems and Advanced MS Skills.
- Ability to simplify complex information and communicate in a clear and concise manner.
